This stylish loft boasts a large master bedroom, living room, full kitchen with a nook, and lofted bedroom with a dedicated work space or additional sleeping space. This is the perfect place for Montecito getaway!

Located in Montecito's beach community, walking distance to the Beach (Miramar, Hammonds and Butterfly Beach) and next door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Coast Village Road and Upper Village Montecito for all your dining and shopping needs. Please note that train runs through the beach community in Montecito and Santa Barbara so you should expect to hear the train periodically.

The loft is located on a large property with a family home and another small cottage. The family home has teenagers and all of the homes in the neighborhood are in close proximity so you do hear neighbors occasionally. We are also located near the train tracks and the train rumbles through a few times during the day and even sometimes in the night.
