Step inside our fabulous pet-friendly vacation home, which boasts 8 bedrooms and can host up to 16 guests at a time! Yes, you heard that right, 16! Bring along your entire crew, your extended family, or a bunch of your BFFs because this place has enough room for everyone! And what about the bathroom situation, you ask? Fear not, for we've got 5 pristine bathrooms, including some en suite! No more waiting in line for a shower in the morning. The ground level of the home has 2 King sized bedrooms, and the remaining bedrooms are on the second floor of the house up a flight of stairs.

If you fancy yourself a top chef, then the fully equipped kitchen is your new playground. Stainless steel high-end appliances are ready to make your culinary dreams come true. There's not one, but two full sized fridge/freezer combo units, along with granite countertops and plenty of cupboard space. The dining table can seat up to 11, and there's room for an additional 6 people at the kitchen island - perfect for big family dinners! Plus we've got two large capacity dishwashers to handle all the clean up. And, you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.

Not a moment of boredom here – every single bedroom comes with a Smart TV, and there's another big one in the living room! Netflix and chill, anyone? Stream your favorites or indulge in some guilty pleasures to your heart's content. With high-speed internet throughout the property, you can stay connected, update your Instagram, or work remotely (if you absolutely must). Plus upstairs, we've got an enormous projector screen ready for movie nights - did someone say popcorn?!

Chill out from the Florida heat, as this place has central air conditioning that'll keep you feeling cooler than a cucumber. And if that's not doing the trick, cool off by diving into your very own private outdoor pool! We've also got a poolside furnished patio for you to relax in style while taking in the gorgeous views of the lake. Soak up the Florida sunshine from one of the lounge chair recliners on your screened-in patio sundeck. Plus, you get the added privacy of no rear facing neighbours - what a bonus!

We also offer free onsite parking on the driveway, and any overflow can park at the clubhouse. That's because we've converted the garage into a games room! Featuring foosball and hot shot hoops, the crew can stay entertained even when they've had too much sun.

Our guests enjoy free access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and sand volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

You can park in the driveway. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Pet Friendly:
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
