WELCOME to our amazing pool home located in the high-end gated resort of Bella Vida (12-18 min from Disney).
We can host up to 16 guests (beds layout below in this description). Our property has over-the-top themed rooms (Star Wars, the Minions, Harry Potter, Frozen), a private (south-facing) pool and spa, a games room, and you will have access to the resort amenities of Bella Vida Resort (heated pool and spa, games room, gym, movie theater…).

When entering our huge property, you will immediately notice the attention to details. The kitchen is fully fitted with pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers (yes, it is not a typo error). The kitchen is open which makes it perfect for family or friends reunions. You can enjoy a glass of wine while interacting with your party and also keeping an eye on the kids (young and old) playing in the pool.

The living room has a huge sectional couch, and of course, a big flatscreen tv.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms: a queen bedroom with its bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king and ensuite bathroom (shower).
Downstairs there is also a huge (Harry Potter) themed game room with a pool table and an air-hockey table.

If you go up the stairs, you will find a second "play”area with your own in-home loft theatre. It is perfect for movie or game nights. This upstairs theatre has a massive smart TV screen with synchronized smart LED TV lighting. There is also a Pac man arcade game table for two up there for games during the commercial break!

The upstairs level has 6 additional bedrooms: 1 King bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. 1 bedroom with two twin beds. 1 bedroom (Frozen) with twin beds. Another room with a queen size bed (yellow room). Those rooms share a bathroom. Then another room (Minions) with bunk beds. Finally the last bedroom with a queen size bed (Mickey Mouse bedroom). An additional 5th bedroom completes the set up. (total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms).

Of course, there is free reliable wifi around the house. Netflix is included. And your reservation gives you complimentary resort access (gym, heated community pool and spa, movie theater…). The resort even offers a concierge service at the clubhouse.

POOL AND SPA

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
*This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.

$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
