Cute little Studio apartment with a kitchen, and small fenced potty area for pets. Located just behind a pet spa and boutique, close to downtown, satellite, and greenfield lake and amphitheater. Spa is open Tuesday-Fridays 8-5 (Some Saturdays) So you can swing in for treats for your pet or schedule a spa day for them! This is a pet friendly space where barking is allowed, and never frowned upon🐶🐾

Work stay

Enjoyed staying at this property with my 2 dogs. Nicole, the property manager was extremely nice and helpful. I had to make a couple changes and she was very accommodating.

Adorable, Pet friendly, close to everything!

This place was perfect for us! it was super close to downtown and everything we wanted to do! It is adorably decorated and the dog treats (and mints and chocolate people treats) were the perfect touches. It was great to be able to have our pups with us and we loved the dog run at the side of the house. It was very private, safe, and quiet. Comfy bed and all the amenities we needed. Super easy check out & check in. Loved being able to head right next door for dog treats and toys at the spa! Would love to stay here again!

Nice place near downtown Wilmington, and perfect for a couple!

The space is great for a couple, comfy bed and a good bathroom. Great accommodations for needs of things that would come up. Nice personal touches with the dog treats for our little one. It had a good space for cooking in kitchenette and storing leftovers in fridge. We had good communication with the property manager! The only drawback was the neighborhood seemed a little bit more rundown but still safe. It had great proximity to downtown only 5-10 minutes. Parking was easy check-in was easy to to get into the place and check out, was easy for the rules of the place! For the niceness of the space and close proximity to downtown this a great place to stay and we would look forward to staying here again.
