It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living area has a cozy sofa bed, coffee table, end table, and stationary chairs for seating.

This kitchen includes a beautiful dinner table and chairs, all new stainless steel appliances which include the following: Fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, and stove top. This kitchen offers all cooking necessities such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, glass cups, wine glasses & champagne glasses. Also includes a toaster, Keurig, Regular coffee maker, tea maker, blender, barbecue utensils, all commonly used condiments, and all cooking basics! Bar top with bar stools included. Mini bar with wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses etc.

The master bedroom has king bed with a private attached luxurious walk in bathroom & shower. 2 night stands, wall unit, dresser, makeup desk, workspace, Smart TV and large closets to store all belongings and clothes. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed including 2 night stands, Smart TV, dresser, and Large closet to store all belongings. Attached is a walk in bathroom & shower. All bedrooms are equipped of luxury beddings and provides you with the relaxation you need.

This backyard is South Florida's Tropical Paradise feeling! Large fully fenced in private backyard. Heated pool, stationary chairs, patio lounge cushioned set, outdoor Shower, dining table and chairs with umbrella, lounge chairs, gas BBQ + propane to grill outside. This place has a very peaceful and charming neighborhood! Garden Tropical feeling to kick back and relax! Walk right outside the front and your a quick walk to the beach and ocean!

Full sets of sheets and extra towels for everyone, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1000 Mbps, washer and dryer, beach towels, cooler, pack n' play, board games, Tiki Toss, golf game, beach toys, 2 bikes, cross trainer in the garage are all provided for guests to use!

This home has a free driveway that can fit a maximum of 3 cars. There are public parking garages found 3-5 minutes away from the home or at a walking distance.

*Pool heating is optional and available for an additional daily fee:
- May to November: $50/day
- December to April: $100/day
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to use the pool heating.

*Guests can use the golf cart.
❧ A $150/day fee, an ID and a signed waiver are required before using the golf cart. For 4 days golf cart rental or more it's $125/day fee.

*No more than 6 guests allowed in the house.
