Look no further, our fully furnished with 4 Large Bedrooms, 3 Sofa-Beds / 1 King Sofa bed in the Living room 1 ( located on the 1st floor ) 2 Twin Sofa beds in the Living room 2 "Game Room" near the pool table ( located on the 2nd floor )/ , Pool is heated in the 24/7 upon request 2 day notice so Your fun never ends! 20 cars MAX on the property. Weddings, Birthdays, Family or Business Parties ARE Allowed. Thank You.

Beautiful oasis

My family and I visited my daughters family nearby in Friendswood and we loved the pool, kitchen and living room areas. The hosts heated up the pool for our stay and everything was clean.

Meet all my expectations

We had a family gathering for my 1year old. Check in was smooth. property had more than enough room. Home was fully equipped, kitchen supplies, towels etc. electric fire places came in handy after getting out of the pool.pool was as described,kids loved it. Had a fire pit and wood available, outdoor trash cans were convenient. Kris was very responsive. Would stay again, the kids and my husband and I loved it.

I had an amazing time staying at Kris’s place! The setup is perfect for hosting a gathering, with plenty of space and a great vibe. Birthday Party/Family Fun!

Thank you to the awesome host for always responding fast and coming by when we needed! We had such an amazing time with our family and friends at this beautiful home! There was plenty of parking , great bedrooms , and an outstanding pool area that our family enjoyed! Would definitely book again!

Great property

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at the property due to the AC being out. However, they were prompt about refunding my money and offering a possible solution. I definitely would love to still book the property soon.
