Perfect for a large family gathering, this home offers a fully equipped kitchen, many gathering rooms, 4 BRs with King beds (one has an additional Queen bed in a separate alcove), and 4 baths, 13 max adults

The family/TV room and the main living room both have gas fireplaces, each bedroom has an adjacent or ensuite bath. One King bedroom is separated by a short hallway a 2nd sleeping area with Queen bed. Since there is no door, we do not count it as a 5th BR, but the two sleeping areas are separated by a 3/4 bath, which they share. There is a large, dedicated office space over the 2-car garage, a small sun room, a South-facing deck, and an extensive back deck/barbecue area. The deck is not cleared once we get a heavy winter storm, but the hot tub is still accessible. It can also be reached by a slider from the MBR shower, which can be used to rinse off before entering the hot tub.
