This charming apartment is spread over 171 sqm and has capacity for 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a maid’s room, and is located on the 1st floor of Amwaj 4 Tower in JBR.
The living room is simply gorgeous and elegant! It features a large L-shaped grey sofa, a chic carpet with a rounded coffee table, a 58’’ Smart HD TV, an armchair, as well as wall arts and decorations.
Next to the living room is a white dining room with a large round table and six elegant chairs! The dining room gives access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs.

The kitchen at the apartment is spacious and all inclusive, and boasts beautiful wooden cabinets and countertops. The kitchen includes all equipment you might need during your stay: baking sheets, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, wine glasses, juicer and an electric stove.

The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, furniture like night tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers with a mirror, an sofa, and access to a balcony with a table and two chairs.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, night tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds, night tables with lamps, and wardrobe.
There’s also a maid’s room with a single bed and a wardrobe, as well as paintings.

A total of three bathrooms are available at the apartment, one of which includes a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom for guests has a toilet and a washbasin. The third bathroom for the maid also has a toilet and a washbasin. The main mode of public transportation near Amwaj 4 is the bus. Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 2 is at a 2-minute distance from the building. Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 2 seaside is at a 5-minute drive while Marina Dubai Bus Station and Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Station is at a 4-minute distance.

- METRO STATIONS NEAR AMWAJ 4:
Another mode of transportation near the building is metro. DMCC Metro Station, Nakheel Harbour and Tower Metro Station and Damac Properties Metro Station are the closest metro stations, all are under a 10-minute distance.

- TRAM STATIONS NEAR AMWAJ 4:
Tram can also be used as a mode of transportation as Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 and 2 Tram Stops are on a walking distance. For those who drive their own car, the building is ideal since it provides quick access to beaches, hotels and other attractions of Dubai.
