New guest house in a centrally located but quiet historic neighborhood. The property has mountain views from the living room window, a comfy queen size bed, kitchenette including induction stove, fridge, microwave and fresh Tucson coffee roasters' coffee.
The full bath includes an extra large tub for soaking and is stocked with all the amenities. The outdoor space is fully enclosed for your fur babies and includes an outdoor grill on the patio.

Our cleaning staff was originally trained by some of top luxury hotels in Arizona. We pride ourselves in having the comfort of a house without losing the luxury experience of a hotel.

As we are a vacation rental company - we want to make your vacation as unforgettable as possible. We work with local vendors to create unique one of a kind experiences for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us regarding requests for special occasions.

Small but knew that and worked fine for stay

Nice cozy place. Space serves 2 persons well. Realize this is not a large space but if out most of the time visiting sites, its not a problem.

Cute little place

My wife and I stayed here in Tucson on the long trip from California to Houston. Check in/ out was very smooth and communication with the owner had quick responses. Was a great little place for our one night stay. Was relaxing and was as described. Cute place for a couple to stay. If we make the trip again I would definitely stay again.

Pleasant Stay

First time visit to Tucson. One week stay. Excellent central location. Quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. A modestly sized casita like structure, which is adequate for two people, behind the primary residence. Obvious attention to interior detail that makes for a pleasant stay. Attractive patio like space immediately next to the unit. Owner/Property Manager very accessible and attentive.

The idea blossomed quickly in 2021 when the founder struggled to find a property manager that could offer both professional care and a knack at event planning. We strive to help our guests exceed their wildest dreams. Our property management team will work with local Tucson Vendors to curate on-site events and celebrations of special occasions.

Today, Tucson STR Property Management is the leading full-service vacation rental management company in the southwest. We are expanding nationwide in 2023 but even with our growth our goal is to great investment.
