The entrance is 100% private and secure via a locked gate off an alley (no traffic) in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. You are 2 blocks away from the neighborhood cafe, grocery store and dry cleaners. The studio apartment is ~370 square feet with a 15 foot high cathedral ceiling, 2 skylights, a full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with clothes washer and dryer, heating/air conditioning unit with remote control, high speed internet service, and outside electric vehicle charging.

The Willows neighborhood is a quiet residential area half way between downtown Palo Alto (~1 mile) and the Facebook headquarters in east Menlo Park (~1 mile). There is a small commercial strip including a small grocery store, cafe and dry cleaner 2 blocks away.

Getting around
There is a designated parking spot in the alley just outside the gated entrance to the studio apartment. We can provide electric hookup for your vehicle upon request. There is a public bus stop 2 blocks away, and the Caltrain station in downtown Palo Alto is ~1.2 miles away – a very nice walk through a lovely residential area of Palo Alto.
