Beautiful neighborhood

The house was nicely and comfortably decorated. Plenty of storage. Lovely landscaped yard with fenced area for our dog. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to gorgeous beach. Quick drive to St. Pete for museums, restaurants and weekly events. Austin and Leslie were quick to respond to any requests and occasionally checked in to see if we were happy. We would certainly book again.

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach

My husband and I stayed at this property for two months while relocating to the area. We had a wonderful experience and found Austin & Leslie to be very helpful and thoughtful during our stay. The home was clean, well organized and stocked with plenty of dishes and supplies. All appliances worked perfectly. We brought our dog with us and she was welcomed with doggie treats and supplies as well. The neighborhood is quiet which was perfect for my work situation. We had beach walks every day and enjoyed the nearby tiki bars and restaurants. Our experience was fantastic and we hope to revisit in the near future. Thank you for being great hosts. I highly recommend this property.

Belle Vista beach house getaway.

This house was more than great for our whole family and our dog Bella. The fenced in yard was very nice to have for her. There was more than enough room for all of us. We had age range 1 year up to adult children at one point and we all were comfortable. Everything was very updated and clean. They have provided everything you could think of for a long stay. We are very happy we ended up choosing the Belle Vista Beach house. Hoping to be back very soon.

Perfect Beach Vacay Getaway

We are so glad we chose this house. The location is amazing, we walked to the beach every day. Plenty of restaurants and other things around to walk to also. The house and property are beautiful. The house was spotless when we arrived. There was more than enough room for our family of four. We liked hanging out in the screened in porch, and we felt like we had privacy with the fenced yard. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We're already looking to return next year. Can't wait!

Amazing place and location!

We were so lucky to have found the belle vista beach house to rent! The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything looked brand new and it has everything you need for a long stay, spices, seasonings, cooking utensils, grill... The screened in back porch was perfect for dinner and hanging out outside. We really wanted a house with a fenced in yard for our dog so this was perfect! We also think it's awesome that there was no pet fees! Even if you are not a pet owner - no worries. The place is spotless and Austin and Leslie take great care to maintain the property so there are no doggy smells. The location of the house is amazing and the neighborhood is great. So close to everything, especially the beach. It is literally an 8 minute walk to the beach thru a residential neighborhood. The beach is amazing. Best beach in the states! Austin & Leslie we're great hosts, they responded to any questions we had right away. They also left a nice welcome gift. We will definitely book the belle vista beach house again!
