Beautiful house, horrible amenities
House was beautiful and clean. Great neighborhood. I paid for pool to be heated and it was not. The hot tub is also not functioning and cold 😢. Wi-Fi code provided was not correct. No access code EVER given for neighborhood gate entrance. We spent far more time than appropriate waiting to access the neighborhood. Ungodly beeping noise from child safety alarm in back door that continually went off. I called immediately upon arrival and three days later someone came to look at everything and said the pool heater was broke and the door is meant to do that. My friend also cut her lip on a wine glass that was at the house and another was also cracked and could have caused harm. We stayed for five nights and they gave us three rolls of toilet paper for the eight person house. Overall it was a less than stellar place to stay.
