This spectacular 3-level home is one of the newest builds on the Prestigious town of Princeville, North Shore with ultimate luxury in mind. Located in a resort community of Princeville, you'll find the most amazing experience at this Kauai home.

As you enter this home, the large high ceilings with custom wood work, the massive chandelier and high end furnishings will awe you. The home is grand, spectacular and generously sized with a 3-level residence with lots of indoor and outdoor space.

Boasting 4 large elegant bedrooms and 4 spa-like bathrooms, the main floor hosts two guest rooms (King, Twin, Twin) and a large primary suite with en suite bathroom (Cal-King bed). The top-floor primary suite offers a King bed, sitting area with a lanai area and big ocean view. A huge bonus area is in the lower level and is a great place to watch a movie, play a board game or sit and relax.

Open theme concept, relax and unwind in the open main gathering space with a large, contemporary kitchen custom built with Sapele cabinets and marble slab countertop and is fully equipped with every kitchen gadget imaginable. A large kitchen island brings kids, friends and family alike, all together to share in the magic of the Kauai Experience. With a large dining area and massive vaulted ceilings in the living area, you'll feel like you're on top of the world at Posa Jiva.

The open living area adjacent to the kitchen provides multiple sliders leading to the ocean view lanai where you can bask in the tropical landscaping.

Spend a long day from surfing soaking in the luxurious spa like tub or enjoy the ocean views from the shower. Most Amazing Family Vacation House

The kitchen and dinning room were huge and well appointed for cooking for a large group. All of the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. The garage was full of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipement, and coolers. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, great to walk around and the yard has papaya trees you can pick. The house was very clean and the management team very easy to work with. We will for sure stay here again.

Family Time at Posa Jiva

Posa Jiva did not fail to impress! The property was as advertised and met or exceeded all of our expectations! Very spacious kitchen, dining, living and bedroom areas. Beach gear was a bonus too! Property is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to several gorgeous beaches. Property manager was very responsive to all inquiries. Will definitely recommend to others.

What an amazing house! It was very clean and inviting, plus the location in Princeville felt very calm and secluded. The peace of mind you get from the views off the lanai is something you'll never forget.

This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s relaxing to walk through the neighborhood. We loved all the beach amenities. The attention to detail made this place feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the fruit trees in the back.

Fabulous Homebase for the North Shore

This house was well-equipped and practical and was a perfect base for exploring the North Shore. We appreciated the lawn games for use at the house as well as the beach chairs and beach gear available for day trips. The back decks were peaceful and pleasant places to hang out, both morning and evening. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Place in Princeville

Our family loved staying in this home. Our family of five enjoyed having their own rooms (3 kids 10-16) and not having to share a bathroom. Waking to sit on the deck and sipping coffee each morning was a highlight as we listened to the island come alive with birds and the lush garden behind the house. We had everything we needed and the managers are very attentive and responsive. We would stay here again if we have the chance. The home certainly met and exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous Tropical Vacation Home

We had the most comfortable and memorable stay at this beautiful property. The house is spacious, all rooms and kitchen most thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped and decorated with a pleasant and welcoming ambience all around. The balcony is special with the most amazing view of tropical lush green, distant ocean and delightful sounds of chirping birds and roosters! The location is perfect in a charming neighborhood, just a few minutes drive to grocery store, splendid beaches and hikes. We specially enjoyed the hideaway beach and Queens bath. Would love to come back to Kauai and stay at this property again.

Beautiful house. Beautiful neighborhood

The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The decks were my favorite. Amazing view. Beautiful backyard. Loved the vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and main room. There was some ants but they didn’t bother us. There was also no AC which we didn’t realize but once we opened up all the windows it was nice and breezy. A little hot during the day but we were gone most of the day. The master bedroom And bath is the most hot room. But it was super spacious. The towels and chairs and beach stuff was so nice to be able to use. Also in a great neighborhood, real close to the princeville foodland and eating places. I loved it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a problem with ants, especially in the downstairs hallway bathroom. I did see an ant trap on the floor but it is not effectively addressing the issue as many ants were crawling on the countertop and sink. This does not align with a high end property rental - it is not enjoyable to deal with ants crawling all over the home and belongings. Additionally, the bedroom windows should absolutely have window shades that can be rolled down at night to ensure more coverage and better sleep conditions. Overall, would not recommend this property to a friend.

While we truly spent most of our time away from the home exploring the Garden Isle, the accommodations more than suited our family group of seven. Christmas morning we viewed a rainbow over the ocean . My older granddaughter and I explored the magnificent grounds and she identified the several fruit trees. This home is close to the North shore beaches, Anini and Hanalei. The Town of Kapa'a is fairly close with its beaches and other attractions.Posi Jiva was very comfortable and had just about everything you would need. I would definitely come back to this wonderful home.

Dream Vacation house

We had the most perfect, dreamy week long vacation at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice- it was beyond beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious with large rooms and beautiful bathrooms. It was perfect for our kids with tons of toys everywhere we looked, complete with outdoor beach and bike equipment. The kitchen is massive and has every supply you could ever need to cook a big family dinner. The backyard was our lush green oasis. Distant view of the ocean with tons of fruit trees and spice plants. We picked daily fresh fruit to snack on and it was incredible. The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading- the most rejuvenating setting. The location is central to some of the best beaches and hikes on the island. Queens bath hike just a few minute drive was a personal favorite ! The communication with property managers was so quick and easy. We had a couple issues that were fixed in literally less than an hour of emailing them about it. We would come back here again and again!!!!!

A trip with a view we will always remember

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the pleasant aroma of flowers which grow on the property. Arriving in the evening, the house was prepared for our arrival with porch lights, fans and open windows providing a gentle breeze as well as a personal welcome note. The home is spacious & uncluttered, and its location provides a quiet atmosphere with opportunity to listen to the breeze in the trees or the birds in the valley behind the house. Speaking of, since we arrived after dark, our first morning we looked out the back windows and OMG! We were stunned by the most beautiful valley, full of trees and all varieties of birds which we wish we were able to identify. Quite a bit of our time was spent sitting on one of the lanais, looking at the ocean or the valley and absorbing it all. One unique benefit was the fresh fruits and vegetables growing which were made available to us including oranges, papaya, lilikoi, limes, bananas, spinach, all of which were delicious. There were more than plenty of pans, dishes, plates, bowls, silverware, and chopsticks for cooking meals. The house has soft and comfortable beds, plush towels, beach gear (towels/chairs/snorkels/etc), did we mention the view? as well as plenty of helpful books about the trees, plants, fish, and land of Kauai. Sea Lodge beach is nearby and secluded. We went twice, saw only 3 people - and two turtles sunning themselves! We can't wait to plan our next trip back to Kauai, especially if we can stay here again.

Loved our time at Posa Jiva!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in May with our family of 6. My husband & I along with our 4 adult children in their 20s. The house was very clean, very spacious & very modern. Every bedroom had plenty of space, comfortable beds & linens. The bathrooms were also spacious with plush towels & wonderful showers. The kitchen had everything you might need - literally everything. The dining area was also spacious with a pretty ocean view in the distance. We loved spending time on the lanai. The top floor had an amazing view. You can see it in the online pictures, but it doesn't translate into how lovely it is in person. And the back yard is a jungle paradise. No house behind in sight. There were more than enough beach towels, beach gear, chairs, again-literally everything. It is noted that there is no A/C but we were never hot during our time there. We enjoyed hearing the birds & all the sounds of the island. We would have missed that if the house was closed for A/C. We travel fairly extensively & have stayed in multiple Airbnbs both in the US & abroad & this will be among our favorites. I know a few mention they didn't spend much time in the home, but it rained a lot during our stay & we were so glad to have such a lovely place to hang out when wanted to stay in. I hope the owners see this review because we are so thankful for the opportunity to spend time in this lovely home. We made lasting memories for our family & there's really nothing more precious.

Peaceful & beautiful

This house is so peaceful set into the Kauaian garden and greenery. The place has no AC, and I loved it. We had plenty of breeze with the windows and fans and I loved hearing the birds and feeling the Hawaiian breeze. I was almost never too hot. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities including hair conditioner which I don’t often find. There were 2 boogie board, several beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of snorkel fins and masks. You can pick fresh produce from the back yard! The kitchen is very nice, we cooked a lot there (good blender). Note, no microwave. This was okay for us, we reheated food in the toaster oven or large oven. Overall great appliances and lots of counter space and a good handful of the ‘essentials’ (spices, etc). I worked for some of the time and used the upstairs room, away from the rest of the household so I wouldn’t disturb them, that has a desk and LARGE monitor as well as keyboard and mouse (apple). Was a great set up. We loved exploring the area, including renting e-bikes, walking to the golf course, farmer’s market on Sat AM, close to Foodland and some restaurants, and very close to Hideaway Beach (a family favorite, so beautiful, great sand, great corral and snorkeling, but warning it is a steep climb down to the beach, and back up. There is a rope to hold on to which was key. Very doable, but not for anyone w/ movement issues). Anini beach was beautiful but little rocky and hard on the feet. We took surf lessons in Hanalei and it was
