Great “work in process” house
This property has many great amenities however it appeared to us to be something that the owners haven’t quite finished. The upstairs bedrooms had VERY uncomfortable and VERY squeaky beds and the bathroom light switch cover was missing. The upstairs was not very clean and the walls needed painting. There were no rugs on the floors so between the squeaky beds and the noisy floors, our sleep was interrupted a lot.The garage was also a disaster so much so that we did not park our rental inside. The property manager/owner was very good about responding to my concern about the front door lock battery being low and about the door handle on the back door falling off, which we appreciated because we were concerned about security. Also, the manager/owner was very responsive to my questions prior to entering the home.The master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living rooms were lovely and very well appointed. The swimming pool and patio were also lovely if you are used to noisy street traffic.The neighborhood was nice and the location was great so when this home is completed and cleaned up it will be spectacular for any one staying there.
