Amazing get away

This place was amazing!! I needed a place to stay while I was waiting on a rental and the host made it more then accommodating!! Such a great area so much to do and the water is just steps away🙌🏼 The neighborhood is so quiet and it was such a peaceful stay!!

Great Location

We rented this place because our kids attended Baseball Spring Training @ the Jackie Robinson complex which was about a 6-8 minute drive away. Perfectly located for us and our needs and close to restaurants, shopping & beach Our host was also the best to deal with!

Exceptional Experience

Everything about our stay was A+. The host had the most thoughtful items that we were welcomed with, after a long drive! From cold Fiji waters in the refrigerator to the gourmet coffee for the Keurig coffee make. There are so many cute homemade gadgets and nice artwork. Most of all it was comfortable and we felt right at home.

Not as it Seems

At first it was good. We noticed the living room light did not work and for some reason the living room tv wouldnt not connect to the wifi. We noticed some knats in the fridge and there was a sign for a bowl in the fridge that was catching water leaking from the freezer. There was soap scumb all over the wall in the first bathroom. My children were running around the house and kept finding dog hair. For my first time using a vrbo it wasnt bad but it wasnt great either. We got in late so we couldnt see much else due to it being dark but in the morning that changed. We noticed a camera in the back yard facing in which was kinda creepy for me as a mom and a woman. You dont know if the host is watching you or not. The other big problem was the yard was divided on the property with a tiny camper on the otherside of the fence and a chicken coop. We didnt mind the chickens but the random person walking around the backyard definitely was not on our comfort level. It felt as if maybe it was the host living on the property and just threw up a fence to "seperate" themselves. Vrbo says the host doesnt stay with you and thats why we booked a house through this site but obviously this host found a loop hole. I personally would not stay here again but overall, the host was responsive, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, your not far from restaurants and things to do in town.
