Located within minutes to Downtown Nashville and Broadway– this home is well furnished with 9 total beds, comfortably sleeps 12 people, has a ping pong table, has an outdoor TV on the rooftop, and is stocked with everything you need for your stay. This home is the perfect home-base for all of your Nashville adventures!

-Access from either ground-level front door or by parking in the garage (attached to the home)

Prefect location

Went to Nashville to play golf in warmer weather. Courses were great but the view off down town Nashville was what made the trip. Stoning both day and at night time. House was extremely clean and was perfect for cooking and having a cocktail to unwind after the day’s activities

Great Family Vacation

Clean, newer construction. Beds comfortable. Great family photos on the rooftop, with the Nashville skyline view. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Ladies Trip

Everything was as listed. The place was clean and the owner was very responsive. Very nice roof top deck.Uber rides into downtown were approx 15- $20. We were 5 ladies and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay!

Great Nashville Spot!

Wanted to share a review for our recent trip to Nashville for a birthday celebration and first time to the area. Everything was great from the get go. Booked the trip and was replied to immediately. Eric was informative and very helpful letting us check in early as well. Beds were super comfortable and the house fit our guests all perfect. House had activities in the garage, everything you need kitchen wise, and super close to downtown Nashville. Would highly recommend this place and not to mention the price beats most places we checked out. Thank you again 🙏
