Close to Perfect
The staff was amazing. Attentive, proactive and able to help us with every inquiry.
The Villa was beautiful and well maintained. The bathrooms were DIVINE! Hot water with great pressure. I could live in those wonderful tubs. The bedrooms were spacious and the AC was perfect.
So peaceful, we took many naps on the gazebo!
Kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed, nice glassware!

Cons
Safes were not working. They were broken or needed batteries. We were invited to use the keys when they couldn't get them working electronically.
Difficult to get toast. breakfast came with the Villa, which was wonderful. There was a bread basket on the menu, a good variety of pain au chocolate, danish, sliced bread etc. Everyday we asked for toast. If there was a toaster in the Villa we couldn't find it, so we kind of grilled the bread in a skillet to make toast. Not a huge problem, but we just couldn't understand why we couldn't get toast ; )
Communication with the Owner v the Staff. The staff responded immediately and helpfully. Prior to check in it was a bit difficult to get a prompt response from the owner. For example, while arranging airport transportation (came with Villa) the owner took days to respond. We thought we would have to arrange our selves. The owner didn't respond until the day of travel. Once the owner passed us on to the staff communication was instant.
Overall I recommend and plan to stay again.
