Ideally situated between Grand Lagoon and the Gulf, this spacious escape comes primed for Florida living, with features including a private pool and a great outdoor area. The fully fenced lot offers a safe space for the whole family and the interior comes recently updated for modern comfort. Enjoy backyard barbecues with a gas grill provided. Signal Hill Golf Course, ZooWorld, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not! are all within a two-mile radius. M.B. Miller County Pier, with plenty of public parking and beach access, is only four miles from home.

All ground floor, the open-concept interior offers easy accessibility for all ages, along with a suite of recent updates furnished for improved comfort and home convenience. Plan home-cooked meals in the full kitchen and relax in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer rounds-out the home essentials.

Great location

This home was only a 4 minute walk to the beach and made this so convenient for my family with babies to get to the water. There were a few issues that were taken care of immediately by the hosts.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is close to the beach and has fun spots for both adults and kids. The pool was very clean and my kids had lots of fun.

Needs a lot of improvement.

The location of the home is perfect but the home itself needs a lot of improvement. The home was dirty, the house smelled like sewer, the water smelled nasty. We had to pay out of pocket for another hotel just to shower. There are bugs in home, we were bit by something in bed.

False advertisement

Awful I would not recommend this rental to nobody the grass wasn’t cut the pool was dirty the grill didn’t work basically staying at a home with no amenities. Property manager was awful and didn’t want to refund any of the money. !!!! Warning: Find something else to rent

Stay away!!! Not true to pictures!!

Pool was dirty. Full of dirt and grass and 22” low! The grill was disgusting!!! 1/4”dust on fans. Had several big roaches crawl out of ceiling area. Local host wouldn’t respond. They lied to me. 2 days to clean grill and fans. Pool was halfway cleaned at 7pm the night before we left. And refused my partial refund request. Offered me about *** Off my **** rental. Vacasa said they couldn’t help. I considered this consumer fraud. Most horrible rental experience we ever had.

Awful property

The house was dirty and overrun with ants that we had to mitigate. The outside had biting ants so you couldn't sit outside. The pool had algae growing in it and was a foot and a half low on water so the skimmers and filter didn't work. Vacasa refused to have anyone come to check on it. After many phone calls and texts we left after 2 days. Now they don't want to refund our money. Please don't advertise this property fir them.

Lots of water issues Disappointing

We arrived to find a green swimming pool that would need extended time for cleaning and maintenance. Then we discovered that the house had very low water pressure. You could not wash a load of clothes and shower at the same time. We also had to wash all dishes by hand as the dishwasher was not operating properly. The water has unpleasant odor. Broken floor tiles, Broken door. No storage containers for food that needed refrigerated. Over all the house has plenty of room for a large family but it needs some serious maintenance.

Lovely house, close to beach, tons of space and privacy.

We had a great time letting the kids play while the adults hung out. The house is very spacious and we never felt cramped. There is ample parking and while the location isn’t on the beach, it’s close enough that I’d rather stay there than on the beach. The privacy is top tier!
