5610 Schwabacher is a luxury 4-bedroom 4-bathroom 2,250 square foot home located in the town of Wilson. It is within walking distance to the local park, bike path, bars and restaurants and the well-known small-town grocery store -Hungry Jack's. Access to Fish Creek is just around the corner, perfect for a summer afternoon float! This home sits on a quiet corner of a neighborhood with off-street parking and a fully fenced backyard. The highlight of the home is a large private deck off the second floor dining room and kitchen. Soak in the outdoors under the shade of the nearby trees or cook using the gas grill.

Upon entering the home, you will find a large, well-appointed family and game room equipped with a massive flat screen TV, a comfy wrap-around sofa, and a shuffleboard table! This is a great space for hosting family movie night, watching the big game, or entertaining the kids in a separate space from the adults. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Down the hall are two downstairs bedrooms. The first features twin bunk beds, the second a full-size bed. Next to the second bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is access to the bathroom from this bedroom and the hallway.

As you climb the stairs, you arrive in the light-filled, Scandinavian-inspired main living area, with a well-appointed kitchen, dining room table with seating for 6, and additional seating at the kitchen island. Cozy up in the living room with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in front of the beautiful wood-burning stove! There are an additional two bedrooms on this level, a master suite with a king-size bed, as well as a queen-size bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.

*Parking is available for two cars outside the garage. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
