The neighbourhood is well-connected and easily accessible, with modern roads leading directly into Nairobi. It is well-equipped with amenities such as restaurants, laundromats, local shops, and markets. It is safe and has a strong sense of community.
The Tigoni tea farms, highly rated Jiko Restaurant, Village Market, and Two Rivers are all nearby, offering a range of shopping and entertainment options. The Two Rivers Mall is home to the largest cinema in Eastern Africa and a go-karting track. The property is a great investment opportunity for rental income and personal use as a primary residence or vacation home.
