Attended Dr. Leach’s graduation

Everything was nice and clean. The only suggestion I have is the toilets needs to be handicapped/disability height. I believe one of the smoke detectors was defective but over all I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great house

The house was perfect for a few college roommates to gather, play games and catch up. We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying the weather, but the living room and bedrooms were so comfortable & clean. We loved having dinner at the tavern right behind the property. It’s such a great part of Phoenix.

Love this place!

It is so cute, clean and well done. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The back yard is adorable. I have stayed here before and love it.I had a medical emergency, and the owner was very understanding and accommodating. It is close to stores, restaurants, etc.I recommend staying here.

Arizona Family

We were only in phoenix for two days visiting Family. The place was as described. The property manager was great at responding, we had an issue with the Kureg (things happen). But she had a new one to us that day.

Would love to have been able to rate stay

I booked this rental in January 2024 after discussing with the host that we’d be having our baby shower here. Everything was confirmed, payments were made then the day before we were suppose to check in, I reached out to the host to see if we could check in early on our check in date. My response was met with a cancellation notice and sorry there was an error with a double booking. This left me less than 24hours to figure out where I was going to host my baby shower mind you was about 30 people and some out of state. If I never reached out I would have shown up to this house with another renter already in it due to a booking error. Everyone always just apologizes but does not really understand how much stress that caused and for something I paid for, communicated with and received check in communications and emails prior to the check in date. Was excited to stay here but the whole situation was rough and no one taking accountability. So just FYI, maybe double check with the host that your dates are not double booked especially when booking in advance. They also have it listed on BnB which has no communication to Vrbo on available dates.

Top Notch House + Area

This is a fantastic property in every way. Host was very accomodating, there were multiple activities on the property, and lots to do. In addition, it's centrally located and near a lot of fantastic spots inc. the Biltmore area. Loved every minute of it, had a great experience.

Lovely home

House is quite lovely. Serenely decorated, beautiful yard, day and night. Comfy beds and furniture. The kitchen space is large with plenty of counter space. And the best part is it is next door to Luci’s, one of my favorite local spots for breakfast and coffee.

Family stay

This was a family with boys ages 6 & 9 and 2 grandparents. We all loved this home! Close to a grocery store, restaurant & other shopping. It was easily accessible from Hwy 51. The home was very clean & well stocked. It’s a quiet home even though it’s on the corner of a busy street. The boys loved the putting green in the backyard along with the other outdoor games. It’s 5 minutes from our daughter so we will be back!

Charming rental

We stayed at Ashley’s place for a few weeks and my goodness were we impressed. The house is in a great location and is the most well appointed place we’ve stayed in. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has high quality cookware. The small details were considered with this place. The backyard is a nice place to relax, has a fire pit and mini golf set up. Ashley was overly kind in bringing our kids some extra toys because of our prolonged stay. She also accommodated us for an early check in time, to make our lives easier. There is a wonderful restaurant immediately behind the property, which was a highlight to our stay. A cute coffee shop, ice cream, and a splash pad for the kids. So lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate to book their rental again. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness Ashley.
