Perfect for what we needed! The studio was clean and well maintained. The owners were super nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. I will say finding the parking lot was a little confusing at first, but we did end up seeing the driveway next to the house on the left. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Easy to communicate with owner, only gave 2 towels for 4 nights for 2 people, and when asked for more they never brought any until last day after another reminder. But overall nice place close to downtown easy walk !

Very clean and comfortable place. Great and responsive host. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, and they resolved it same day. Our only minor concern had to do with the street. Dogs barking at night, and lot of weed going on outside at the unit next to us. We were hoping to be closer (walking distance) to chase field, but it’s a 35-40 walk, and not one you’d feel veryComfortable doing at night. Still, we had no issues and parking behind the unit was easy and it was a pretty good value for the price.

The host was prompt in her communication and the studio apartment was conveniently located near downtown (very close to Novel ice cream). Check in was smooth. The apartment had all the amenities except the dishwasher. Also, the washer and the dryer are towards the back as clearly mentioned in the listing. Would recommend for a short stay in Phoenix.
