This Extraordinary 1 acre , 8 room home is nestled in a serene quiet pocket of Appleton which adjoins Riverview Gardens, a 72 acre Nature Preserve. Beautiful views await you in this 3000 sq ft home. Enjoy the uniqueness of this comfortable home or spend time relaxing outside or stroll through the Gardens & Explore all that Appleton has to offer.
Only 5min. away is: Downtown Appleton offering many Restautrants, Shops, Museums, Lawrence University & Ascension Hospital. Many more stores & activities are 5-10 min. away. Walkable is a Grocergy store & Caribou Coffee store. Green Bay is a mere 25 minutes away.
Please note for anyone concerned with allergies, the owners do not allow pets, but when they visit their home ,they do bring their two Portuguese Water dogs which are hair dogs ,that are non shed and allergic free dogs. The house is always fully cleaned for each guest.

Beautiful property in a great location

Had a wonderful time staying in Appleton at this gorgeous home. It was a perfect size for our group. We really enjoyed relaxing by the bonfire in the evening and watching the birds and squirrels in the morning. It's a perfect location and a short walk to College Street/downtown.

Wonderful Property and Hosts

My brothers and I had a great time staying at this one of a kind home. Judy and Bob were very accommodating during the checked in process and did some thoughtful things to make us feel welcome. Each room had so much character and carefully laid out to create a calming environment. My favorite area was the family room where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the local wildlife. The expansive property also has a beautiful private garden that leads out to an open fire pit area. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.

We love our area because its so unexpected. We are so close to downtown and yet we have beautiful open grounds to enjoy with a lay back expansive atmosphere.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our House is located just minutes from Downtown Appleton and many stores. But at the same time we are located in a quiet area and our property adjoins Riverview Gardens so you have the solitude and space of being in a country atmosphere.
