Summary:
Great location for a wine country getaway!

Please use the Airbnb app for self check-in instructions! The owner is severely allergic to animals, so please do not request or bring any animal with you. We have an automated backup generator for loss of power issues!

Kitchen, Outdoor patio, BBQ, Fire pit (propane tank included but not fuel), Two bikes included in stay. California King Tempurpedic bed. Laundry room, Fully renovated bathroom.

The Space:
A Tiny home studio with a kitchenette and , full bathroom. Outside you have a nice seating area with table and chairs. Space outside with BBQ, & Fire pit.
Shared bikes, and Laundry room for the unit

• A leisurely bike ride to downtown Windsor
• An $8 Uber ride into downtown Healdsburg
• Tasting rooms, Restaurants, Breweries, Shopping less than 5 mins
• 10 Minute bike ride to the Russian River Memorial Beach
• 20 minutes from Lake Sonoma
• Less than a hour from San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma

We have added an air purifier for your health an comfort!

Guest Access:
You have a Parking spot on site. And a 20’x40’ shale outdoor area to enjoy while your visiting and enjoy the views of the mountains.

Rural property near many amenities. Close to the freeway for easy access.

Disappointed

I am a returning customer who also recommended another customer. I love the actual tiny house. Perfect little place for me. Stayed 3 nights. Discovered the very first morning the door would not lock when we tried to leave. Messaged the host about it and received two messages asking if I pressed the lock button. I repliep yes. Then when I asked if they could come fix it or bring us a real key, all communication stopped. For three days we had a door completely unlocked. Every time we went somewhere, we had to pack up every single valuable that we had and hope that nobody came in and took our less valuable stuff. I even purchased new batteries, hoping that would fix the keypad, but it did not work. Extremely disappointed that the host never even apologized or suggested any fixes. Felt very unsafe with an unlocked door.

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was a nice fire pit in front of our room and plenty of outdoor space. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. It’s a short drive to Healdsburg and the Russian River.

Perfect cozy place

Great location and a great place for a single woman! Bed was comfortable. Came back late from an event and felt safe. Lots of light and gated property. Was bigger then expected. Will be back again!

I really love this VRBO. It's close to all our destinations in Healdsburg, easy parking, and the space is clean, comfortable and cozy.
