Other things to note
- 2 different public beaches very close by, Norriego Point and O'Steen. 5 minute walk or 2 minute ride.

- Easy 5 minute boat ride (or water taxi) to and from Crab Island.

- Fantastic outdoor furniture to lounge and watch the boats ride by in the Harbor or get some reading in while getting some sun on the hammock!

- Boat docking/tie-off available on main deck, boat must be 18ft or less. Boat must stay within property lines.

- Full kitchen with full spice rack on the counter and extra spices and oils in the cabinet above the rack.

- Coffee bar! Coffee grounds and some pods provided.

- The restaurants, shopping areas, and FUN of Destin Harbor and the Harborwalk are an easy 2 minute boat ride away.

- Very close by to many family fun adventure parks and attractions in Destin and FWB. Parasailing - across the harbor, Big Kahuna's less than 2 miles, The Track - 2.3 miles, Gulfarium - 5.5 mi, Wild Willy's - 5.5 mi, Golf Cart Tracks - 4mi.

- Nearby restaurants that are accessible via boat/water taxi (or at least a very short walk from the dock): Harbor Docks, AJs, Harry Ts, East Pass, Margaritaville, Tailfins, Brotula's, Boathouse, Boshamps, Marina Cafe, and more.

- Nearby breweries: Destin Brewery, Beach Camp Brewpub.

- Breweries that are a bit of a drive but absolutely worth checking out if you have time: Grayton Brewing (well known for 30A Beach Blonde) & Idyll Hounds (well known for Divide & Conch'r). If you're heading out that way, you might as well check out Distillery 98, its right there beside Grayton and Idyll Hounds!

- PLENTY of great golf around! Bring your clubs and swing the sticks on any of the fantastically kept courses around.

Ocean Trip

Property was clean, spacious, and equipped with the necessities, including air conditioner! We walked to the beach, rode bikes to ice cream and Capriccio Coffee ( which was amazing) and drove the golf cart around all the cool neighborhoods. Thanks for a great stay!

Boat friendly.

Great place to stay. Convenient location for boating activities! Accurate description of 18’ max boat length. Luckily, renters on both sides were easy to get along with and we were able to squeak a 20’ boat in.

Great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Brought our boat so the dock with the property was perfect. Enjoyed the gas grill and deck area. Nice location for taking the dog for a stroll. The mattresses are a good brand but are a bit too firm for our liking at our age.

Hi, I'm Jeff.. I'm originally from Alabama, but moved down here to the Destin/Miramar Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area about 6-7 years ago. I live over in Miramar Beach now, so I'm just 15 minutes down the road from this property. So, I'm usually very accessible for our guests in the event of an emergency.

This property is awesome! Right on the canal, looking out into Destin Harbor. Can drive a boat (18ft or less) right up to the property and tie off on the dock while you're here. It has 2 decks and a balcony. The bottom floor deck is obviously the one that is water accessible, the main deck is on the 2nd floor, and there is a balcony on the 3rd floor that is accessible through the bunk room! All of those look out into the Harbor.

The water taxi can pick you up off of the bottom deck and take you wherever you want to go in the area - the Harborwalk, Norriego Point, Crab Island, etc. Or.. you can rent a boat thats 18ft or less in length and pull it up and drive yourself wherever you want to go!
