The kitchen is also quite spacious and is stocked with cookware and utensils. Feel free to use the refrigerator when you bring home food from ATL's amazing restaurant scene. We also have tea and a Kcup coffee maker with stocked coffee and creamers for you to enjoy.

Reynoldstown is a historic neighborhood located in intown Atlanta. Reynoldstown is a community that was originally settled after the American Civil War by freed slaves who were employed by the railroad.

This friendly and very walkable neighborhood is home to over 1500 households and is one of the most diverse areas inside the perimeter. Young families putting down roots, first-time homebuyers, older residents whose families have lived here since the 1920s, single professionals, artists, and students have all chosen this community because of its warm, welcoming nature, its rich local history, and its central location. No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

? PETS

We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

? NO PARTIES

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.

LONG TERM STAYS

Reservations longer than a month will be charged a deep cleaning fee.

? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.
