Very cozy

A good place, it have everything we need, sadly only one bathroom for a big family, but the rest everything clean and nice.

Good Little House… Pool needs work

We arrived around 6:00 on the evening of check in. We still hadn’t received any check in information. I was able to get in contact with the owner after about 10 minutes and we got in.The week we stayed here was an extreme heat wave, highs 95-98 degrees so that needs to be considered, but the AC couldn’t keep up. It ran constantly and never got down to the set temperature. During the days it was over 80 degrees in the house.The pool made these hot days nice. It needs work though. The deck is rough. It has buckling, splintering, rotting boards. We had to get splinters out of our kids feet. The pool itself could be really nice, but it wasn’t clean. I spent at least an hour cleaning it. Leaves, dirt, and overall cloudy water was our experience. The house was clean and what we needed for our stay. The dryer doesn’t work though. It runs but doesn’t dry. Overall, the house was what we needed, and we made it work.

Disappointing stay

This property was not cleaned from prior stay when we arrived and we had to wait for the home to be cleaned. The dishwasher and dishes were dirty, the hot tub was not shocked, the outdoor tv and power couches were not working and the pool was listed as available, but was not operable or cleaned…as the owner decided to winterize it early. We found cockroaches in silverware drawer. All in all,
