The space
La Gretna is an independent unit with its private patio. Coin washer/dryer attached to the unit. Parking is directly in front of the home.

The unit has a 55inch TV with Wi-Fi and complimentary Netflix, Disney+, HULU & ESPN.

We supply most of the essentials-towels, toiletries, extra linens and blankets, cleaning and laundry supplies, kitchen essentials, some pet essentials, books, board games, kids activities.

La Gretna has a detached duplex behind the unit which is occupied by tenants. There is a gate next to the garage door used by the back tenants to access their homes.

The unit is equipped with an EV Charger. Please let us know I’m advance if you will need to use it so we can make it available.

Guest has full access to the home. The coin laundry is shared with the back tenants.
Other things to note
We pride ourselves in maintaining La Gretna as clean as we would like our own home to be. We personally inspect the unit before (98%) of all check ins. The unit is cleaned and bed linens/towels are washed after every checkout.
