This newly remodeled modern guest suite offers a cozy & relaxing stay perfect for families and friends

The Suite includes

- One Bed Room
(One King size bed, workspace, 40″ TV with Google Chromecast)

The home was quite and cozy!! Perfect for lazy days as it has a beautiful pool. The eggs and cereal were perfect as we came in very early hours of the morning.

We used this as our home base for being out at the amusement parks most of the day. It was a tremendous value for our family. We didn’t use the pool or tub, although we may have if it had been warmer. The quiet hours from 10p-7a were totally reasonable for us since we were zonked from long days. Much nicer, inviting and well-appointed than a hotel stay by far. We would love to stay again at subsequent visits.

Clean and tidy one bedroom apartment attached to a stately mansion. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. It's a lovely neighborhood too. Wish A/C had been repaired, though. Kind host & easy to communicate with. Kitchen had coffee maker, utensils, eggs, milk & cereal available! Thank you so much for that thoughtful touch! An excellent place to stay. Close to shopping nearby. Convenient for those needing supplies.

This is a beautiful property with a combination of classic (the house is 40 years old, but doesn't really look it) and modern, with all of the conveniences available. It had everything we needed but an ice tray. The host provided a beautiful step-by-step guide of everything we needed from where to park through to check-out instructions. We were even able to get in 1/2 hour early, which was extremely helpful!!

Great place for family to spend a few days in LA

Hong’s place is very neat and clean, it also locates in a nice neighborhood. The provided supplies were all good brands. Kitchen and bathroom seem to be newly remodeled with good appliances, very nice. The noise proof from the main house could be better but it didn’t bother us much.

Our stay in this impecable apartment was flawless. The unit was clean, quiet and close to the fun. The instructions from Mr. Hong were very easy to follow and the communication with him was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. From the water bottle and coffee pods with all the fixings, to the eggs and milk waiting for us in the fridge. My kids slept nicely on the sofa beds which some were ready for bedtime upon our arrival. Thank you helping make our family vacation even more magical. Next time we go to LA I will definitely try to stay here again.

One of the best places I have stayed on vrbo! Everything was perfect I had no issues and did not have to contact the owner for anything. There were not shortcomings & check in was easy with a digital code provided rather than having to worry about keys. Everything was provided from towels to shampoo. I appreciated the small complimentary items such as eggs & milk in the fridge and cereal for a quick easy breakfast. The pool was beautiful. It is shared but felt completely private. What was even more beautiful was the area in the neighborhood. It was perfect for a nice sunset walk with views from the whole city uphill. I will definitely be staying here again next time me & my family come to Disneyland. The drive to Disneyland was less than 30 minutes from here very convenient.

This was a perfect setting for a quick family getaway - our son played 5 rounds of disc golf at a tournament while my daughter and I enjoyed this beautiful area of California. The house is welcoming, very clean, organized, and well-appointed. The hosts were very kind to us with parking and little questions about house details. There's an Aldi 0.7 miles away that I frequented for food staples. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day in the suite, and the kitchen was perfectly suited to these simple meals. Perhaps our favorite part of the stay was the gorgeous park we discovered for walking. We loved our daily jaunts into the Friendly Hills neighborhood! Thanks again for hosting us and giving us family memories.
