Modern Spanish Guest House with full kitchen and bath. Crisp, clean, design in a quiet setting that includes a Pet Friendly and private yard / outdoor seating area. Just minutes from Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Located in the heart of the NoHo Arts district, guests have a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, and theaters, all within walking distance.

We designed our modern Spanish Guest House with the guest's complete privacy in mind. Upon arrival, guests have their own private driveway, gated entrance, as well as private fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and porch areas. Keyless entry pads allow for easy self check-in/check-out at any time of the day or night.

Hello there! We are David & Katie and live in the main house on the property. We are both musicians, vintage car enthusiasts, and animal lovers with our three dogs ( Sam, Emmy and Easton ) getting a lot of our attention. We are from New York and Texas, respectively, and enjoy visiting our families as well as traveling internationally. Being full-time creative people, we appreciate and respect the privacy of our guests and have designed this guest house to feel calming, private, and secure.
