Completely remodeled beach house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. You will enjoy A/C in every room of the house. A gem in “La Esmeralda del Sur” in Patillas, Puerto Rico. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Playa Inches. This beautiful and unique beach is very frequented by surfers. Near the beach, there are grocery stores and restaurants where you can enjoy tasty fried foods and succulent dishes.

Great experience

Casa mía is the perfect home. Beautiful inside and out. Very clean comfortable beds smelled so good throughout our entire stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and the big patio to play soccer. Overall very good stay. I definitely recommend.

Tranquil

We enjoyed a relaxed and tranquil stay at this property. Not far from many restaurants, beaches and other cities. The house was really nice inside and we enjoyed BBQ's by the pool. Great mango tree too. Thanks again!

Loved our stay, I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this house and the pool. Myself and my 13-year-old daughter and 14-year-old stepdaughter stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house has everything you need, very well equipped with supplies. We had room to spread out with each having their own bedroom but enjoyed Netflix at night all together in the living room. The kitchen is great, everything you need to cook. The only thing I would mention is the ice maker did not work, we had to go get ice, but we were getting groceries anyway. The pool was great, and there's an outdoor shower and one of the bathrooms is out by the pool so you can use it without having to go into the house. I would have liked a lounge chair as I laid out a lot and just had to lay on beach towels (which are provided) by the pool but not a big deal. There is a set of patio furniture and some other chairs there. I bought a couple of cheap air mattresses for floating in the pool. The yard is really big, and we saw iguanas and chickens passing through. There are really big fruit trees and palm trees, which provide shade out in the yard as the pool area is mostly sun, but you can get under the patio on the side if you shade also. The patio area is nice for reading and nicely tiled. They really do provide a lot of extras and we felt very safe. There is a locked gate at the driveway and the whole property is fenced in and there are multiple security cameras. We would lock the gate at night but probably wasn't necessary. We walked to the beach area which is like 3 houses down and you see the ocean, the beach there is rock and not much beach but nice to be able to walk right there. There are bars and restaurants right there also, and more just a little way down by car. Walmart is about 20 minutes away as is more groceries stores and fast-food places. There is a mini mart and gas station very close. We walked the neighborhood a little in the evenings and the neighbors were friendly, no issues, it's fun looking at all the different styles of houses. It does get busy and loud in the mornings and during the day as workers are mowing, repairing and doing construction, maintenance on nearby houses. There was some loud music from neighbors at night sometimes. We realize people live there and not everyone is on vacation, so we didn't let it bother us. We rented a car and drove a lot around the island exploring, it's beautiful, going up in the mountains and looking down on the water is breathtaking.
