Great spot for a group

House had a lot of beds and was in good shape. Walkable to university campus. We would stay again.

Cleanliness was the worst

First off, we stayed before the season and the house wasnt ready for us. We were locked out with the wrong passcode and then wasnt told to go through the back door. Front door was chained. I texted owner that we had 2 towels for 12 of us. Finally received response at 9am the next morning that 10 towels were coming. We were already out the door by then. My wife went downstairs and looked for towels, the dirty linen was over the hight of the washer and dryer. There was only two towels there with all dirty bedding. the laundry soap was placed on the furnance and the dehumidifier was barried with bedding. We could have died in our sleep if the house caught on fire. Mail was overflowing in mailbox and garbage left in the backyard from last year. A dead Christmas tree and this was March. Great neighborhood, but horrible customer service. Everything was broken and filthy. Not coming here again.

Horribly Misrepresented!!

Arrived at the property to find large amounts of trash piled at the back door. Literally weeks worth of trash! The access code provided did not unlock the property and the link in the arrival email to contact the owner didn't work either. After 30 minutes on the phone with Vrbo they got in touch with the owner who provided a new access code for the door. After finally getting in with the new code it was evident immediately that this property was inaccurately described and poorly managed. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition and decided to get a couple hotel rooms instead. In all honesty this property really has no business being offered for rent. Maybe to a frat party but not to families traveling from out of town. Horribly misrepresented in my opinion! Other than the trash piled up outside there are broken shelves & towel racks, broken back door left wide open, broken staircase spindles, broken blinds, windows that don't close properly, linens stuffed into a closet unfolded, socks and toilet paper rolls laying around, weeks worth of mail overflowing out of the mailbox and food remnants in the kitchen sink. Very obvious that the owner doesn't care about their guests or the impression that they get. Don't be fooled by the "bed space". This property is not worth your money or the frustration you will deal with. STAY AWAY!!

Not Clean

Was very disappointing at the uncleanliness of the house. I was traveling with friends and family and was embarrassed I booked this place. It was very unsanitary. If we had other options to spend the night somewhere else we would have left.

Good location. Great price.

Short 12 hr. visit to Syracuse for a funeral. Needed a one night stay for 7 family members. checked in at 10:00 pm checked out at 09:00 am. Rooms VERY spacious. Clean bedding and towels. Accommodation for 14 persons sleeping in comfortable beds. 5 bedrooms. Sufficient sitting area.
