Host never gave Margaritaville our information

Host never gave Margaritaville our information. We sat at the hotel for four hours trying to message, text, and call the host. VRBO customer service tried for about 3 hrs (we wanted to stay there). At 9pm we agreed to the refund and them helping us find new accommodations. Within minutes of us receiving the refund notice we got a text from the host asking "what's going on?". I told her and never heard another word from her
