Big River Getaway *Spectacular Riverfront Property

Magical location w/ over 100 ft of frontage on the Deschutes River. This 2-story, classic NW contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Relax in the hot tub located 40 feet from the water's edge with spectacular panoramic views of the river and natural wetlands. The house is complete with a canoe, two-man kayak, and tubes for enjoying the beautiful Deschutes from your private boat ramp. Conveniently located just 8 mins from the amenities of Sunriver.
The space
This 2-story home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common living spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Ground floor layout - The ground floor features the kitchen with dining table, living room with smart tv and wood stove fireplace, bedroom #1 with king-size bed, full bathroom, laundry room, garage, outdoor deck with bbq grill, and hot tub.

2nd-floor layout - The top floor features, bedroom #2 with king-size bed, bedroom #3 with 2 sets of bunk beds, living room with smart tv, balcony, sofa bed, and full bathroom.

Floor heat vents are located throughout the home. Split A/C units are located upstairs in both bedrooms. Downstairs does not have an individual A/C unit.

The garage is equipped with lawn chairs, hammocks, fishing poles, life jackets, and floating tubes. The property also has a 2-person kayak, a canoe, and a basketball hoop.
Other things to note
We ask that you please be respectful of others in the neighborhood and keep the noise down especially between 10pm and 9am and park only in the driveway. This is a quiet residential community and a great place to unwind, relax and get back to nature. If you are looking for a party house, we kindly ask you to look elsewhere.
