POOL HEAT: Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night. *PLEASE NOTE* This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature. We heat to 85 degrees, however when temps drop below 55 degrees at night we cannot guarantee that the pool will retain that temperature.

An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard and the pergola area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces, nor do they look at the pool or any lounging areas.
