A walk through the green space brings you to this second floor condo (one set of stairs) this corner end suite is bright with large windows in every room, to let all that sun in!
The living area has a comfy sectional sofa and 2 stuffed chairs, 3 small coffee tables and an ottoman, console and cable TV and free wifi.
There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own washrooms on either side of the main (open concept) living area. Quality bedding, with your choice of pillows, and extra blankets, brand new BeautyRest mattresses, one bedroom with a walk-in closet and second with his and hers closets. Both baths have granite counters with undermount sinks, and high profile toilets.
The kitchen has a new dishwasher and stove with convection oven, ample storage in pantry cupboards, Keurig coffee maker with starter pods. Basic cooking and baking supplies. All dishes. Bright separate eating area for 4.
There is an additional office or study room off of the main entrance with desk and chair.
This condo is in a great location, with restaurants, 2 grocery stores, pubs within walking distance. Easy access to the superstition highway gives you a quick getaway to sporting events, sightseeing, hiking, and just a short drive to 2 great malls for shopping, The Superstition Mall and the San Tan outdoor mall. Go explore the national Parks and take a drive to Canyon Lake through Saguaro National Reserve in the east Valley. After a day of activity come back to your comfortable and spacious Vacation Condo.
