The perfect beach getaway. Come and enjoy the tranquility of this family-friendly suite near the beach. With a large open common area that offers a contemporary design, which everyone in the family will find relaxing. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room will ensure a comfortable rest. The kitchen is large and fully stocked making it easy to cook your favorite meal. But, if you would rather dine out, there are restaurants close by, and the beach is a very short walk.
No smoking on the property. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.
Parties
No loud parties or music allowed 24/7.
Pets
Your dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of two dogs. A pet fee of $20 will be added to your bill. NO DANGEROUS BREEDS.
Outside visitors
No outside visitors, please. Only registered guests are allowed on property.
Carpet
Please, no shoes on the carpet. You can leave shoes at the front or back doors.
Parking
Please Park in the assigned spot. Only one car allowed.
Saving energy
Help us save energy. Please turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and TVs whenever you leave the property.
Damages
Please report any damages immediately.
Miscellaneous
No Drugs or prohibited items are allowed.
No furniture moving
Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Please do not use glasses outside or in the children’s play area for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to terminate any booking and to evict any guests who refuse to follow these house rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
