Spring Mill Rentals is a boutique AirBNB host specializing in unique and modern homes located in tourist destination cities. We pride ourselves on a great experience and treating our guests the way we want to be treated. We don't overcharge for cleaning and we don't require guests to do a bunch of things at checkout. All you need to is put the towels in the washer and start the dish washer.

Spring Mill Rentals is required by our insurance to perform to verify the identification of guests on the reservation. We use a third party, Superhog, to perform this function on our behalf. Once your booking is confirmed in the system you will receive an email from Superhog with instructions on how to complete this task which takes about 5 minutes. If this is not completed, we will not be able to activate the door lock code until you have done so.
