Sunshine Retreat Paradise in Palm Springs

Fantastic get away to enjoy and share fun times, make memories and live it up. My precious home is shared and to inspire new beginnings as well as rekindle current relationships. It is suited for anyone wanting to feel right at home with lots of conveniences, activities, and most important comfortableness.

It's walking or a few minutes near shopping centers, grocery stores, near the Bermuda Country Golf Course, minutes away from Palm Springs, and our new Acrisure Arena !!
It's where Palm Springs offer a tremendous amounts of fun and relaxation...

Please note:
The property has 1 cameras facing the driveway, their is 1 camera by the entry common areas facing the landscape and the side shed area, there's 1 camera by the shed area, there's 1 camera by the right of the house facing the entry side gate trash area, and there is 1 camera on the smart door with key pad. The house has sensors in side adapted to each window, sliding door and a sensors by the game room, dinning / living area, one in the bedroom and hallway. There are no are no cameras inside the house, nor near the pool or playground area or the outside patio area. The city requires a Minut System to control noise level. The Minut System is located above the dinning upper wall. The system is managed by ADT and has a main panel alarm system by the thermostat.

The guests are not allowed to unplug or touch the alarm main panel or any of the internet or camera system at any time.
