Enjoy a peaceful stay in the trees at our seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces with firepit and endless amenities only 5 minutes to Downtown Greenville! Great for week and weekend stays in Greenville for weddings, bachelorette parties, football games, trips to see family, just to name a few!

Special amenities we offer: fresh ground coffee, french press and pour over and regular coffee pots. Instant Pot, blender, waffle maker, complimentary scotch, cocktail accessories, 2 extra computer monitors, firewood, fully stocked kitchen.

Our home is a tri-level home with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful living space that connects the indoors to the outside with newly added covered space!

You will have access to the entire house with plenty of free parking on premise, back deck with firepit, bar, TV, and plenty of seating.

*We have 2 outdoor cameras. This is for the protection of both guests and hosts. Do NOT mess with them.*

When not renting, we live in the house with our sweet cat Lebron! While we clean our house very, very thoroughly, please be aware if you have a strong allergy.

We welcome advertisement shoots as long as they are family-friendly! Message us for more details on this as we have hosted in the past and we'd be happy to host again.

Early Check In/Late Check Out: $25 per hour

Pet Policy/Rules:
1) Enjoy complimentary treats and poop bags!
2) Utilize wet wipes provided to clean off paws after coming inside.
3) Please clean up after any pet accidents inside and outside.
4) We encourage you to have your pets in crates when you are not in the house.
5) Pets are not allowed on beds at any time
6) When your pets sit on the couch, please cover it with blankets.
7) Please include your pet in the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fine.

Awesome tri-level home

Loved this tri-level home for our girlfriend (for 6) weekend stay in April 2024 to explore Greenville, SC. The home is very spacious with a large main level kitchen and living room (great TV) with plenty of seating. Upper level with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and lower level with dining table, desk area and small area with futon and TV. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with supplies. Outdoor area is large with firepit and seating-which we weren't able to use because of the chilly weather. We were concerned about the number of beds since there were 6 adult women. It worked for us with the 3 beds for 3 women, 2 slept on the LR sectional and 1 on the futon on the lower level. They also had 2 nice air mattresses for us to use if needed-but we did not. Great communication from host with any questions we had. Highly recommend this house in very quiet residential area close to downtown.

Birthday celebration

I rented this house for a getaway to downtown Greenville, very conveniently located. Very nice home for hosting friends. We enjoyed the fire pit and patio area. The kitchen was very nice and stocked for cooking breakfast. Thank you for hosting - Talia

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed one night and couldn't have been happier. The outdoor area was just lovely. Everything was clean, organized, and had lots character. We got some fire logs and enjoyed the fire pit, cooked a meal (the kitchen had everything we needed and more) and just relaxed. The host Gabriel was very responsive. I let him know it was my wifes birthday, and they got her a birthday card, it was very nice. 10/10 would stay again!

Nice home. Well located

We enjoyed our stay. Nice home and very convenient to downtown. Only constructive comment is it has two bedrooms w double beds and one with a queen. Very comfortable for 3 guys or a couple with 2 or 3 kids. There were 4 men in our group (attended a Clemson game). One had to sleep on the sectional sofa. That was fine, but the description implied more sleeping space. Great communication with the host. I would definitely stay there again but I suggest that the description more accurately reflect sleeping accommodations

My name is Gabriel Valk, married to my wife Laura since November 2020 (yes, we had a COVID wedding and it was great!) Ever since I stayed in a Yurt near Denver, CO (shorturl.at/agRVX) and a treehouse in Columbia, SC (shorturl.at/lvTY1) I've been obsessed with Airbnb's. With goals of having several Airbnb's in the future, we figured we'd start by offering our own personal residence! We love hosting and providing unreasonable hospitality to our guests. I am an accountant and my wife restores furniture as well as part-time online marketing. We enjoy trying new restaurants, cooking, looking at cool houses, serving our youth group at church, and watching tv with our kitty Lebron.

Our neighborhood is only 4 minutes from downtown, but super quiet and has beautiful tree coverage. It's safe enough to let your children walk down the street and feel confident in that. Plus, there are several parks within walking distance.

The first time we walked into our home, we knew it was the one. When you walk into our open concept living room and kitchen, then see the deck through all of the large windows, you'll know. The back deck has been specially curated by us over the years to be the ultimate hangout spot, and we're constantly making it better! Plus, we have so much unique decor in the house that we have put our heart into and Laura has professionally restored (see her Instagram @RestoredByLaura)
