Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but no one lives on-site 24/7.
Pool/Spa Heating:
There is a fee for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi. From October through May, we recommend heating, and the fee is $125 per day. Please let us know if you want to heat it a week before your arrival, as it can take a few days to heat the water.
Security:
The property has two security cameras. The cameras monitor the front entrance of the house and the driveway.

The home has multiple areas for hanging out, from the living room with free Netflix to the outdoor lounge and hammock. You can swim in our 40,000-gallon pool, enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area, and relax with an evening cocktail around the firepit.
