WELCOME TO UNIT 216! In this completely UPDATED Gulf-front studio, guests can enjoy the most beautiful views. When the day winds down and you want to relax in the room, there's an abundance of cooking tools in this kitchen to make a nice, homecooked meal. When you're not relaxing in your room or at the beach, you have access to the shared outdoor (and partially covered) pool! Plus, you can shower off the sand at the shared outdoor showers before coming back in. On the beachside of the Resort, close to Pier Park, Gulf World, St. Andrews State Park, Walmart (2 close by), restaurants, etc., Fontainebleau Terrace #216 will provide you with all you that you need!

Best Family Vacation

The service by Nautical Properties was stellar. From the start, the office staff was friendly and gave great communication! Something happened with the lock on our door on our last day there (just wear and tear plus corrosion). When I called Nautical, they sent Cris within 45 minutes and it turned out he was one of the owners/managers! He was SO kind and friendly. He fixed the door in no time AND we all had a great convo. I have always loved Fontainebleau but knowing Nautical was managing gave us peace of mind. We will definitely boom through them directly next time!!

4 Star Good Stay

We had a good stay, the elevator went out on our first evening when we returned from grocery shopping so we had to carry everything up the stairs, luckily we were in the 2nd floor but it was working again the next day. The only thing that would have made our Florida stay better is if we didn't come during a rainy/cloudy week.

Fontainebleau great place to stay!

Absolutely love staying here! Location is great, right on the beach, great views, especially from upper deck. Room are clean and have everything you need to feel like a second home. Second time we have stayed here and loved it both times!!!

Holiday Vac

This was our second time staying at this location. It’s easy to access room and perfect size for staying a few days, however parking needs to improve. Hopefully after renovation is complete parking can be added. Thanks for the stay!
