This adorable house is not the way it was when our GiGI lived here but we know she would be proud of its transformation to a modern cottage that has been completely remodeled this year. Special attention to detail was given with your comfort in mind. Enjoy and relax on the large screened in front porch. The Village's City Center and all it has to offer is just but 10 minutes away! There is a 30 day minimum stay for the months of January- April. Yes, Fur babies are welcome!
Please note 4 stairs needed to climb to enter front porch.
This home is not located in The Villages but there are many golf courses in the surrounding area. Plenty of room to park boat or RV. The cottage is across the street from Lake Weir and a public boat ramp is 2 miles away. A extra discount will be given for 30 day stays for the months of Jan-April

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Just as described. Fenced in yard in back. A nice touch is a welcome basket. The only issue was the microwave went out but the problem was fixed right away. The only suggestion would be more information about how to handle trash since we stayed for 1 week with cats.

Great overall!

Overall a lovely house. The remotes for the fans were difficult and did not work all the time. The light to the fan in the bedroom randomly came on several times one night. The curtain in the shower is not long enough water got on the floor

The property owner stayed in contact and was quick to respond. They had complimentary water bottles and snacks waiting upon arrival. The property is very close to the Lake. An enjoyable weekend stay.

Perfect for my needs

This little place was so cute and very clean. Ease of entry , ease of communication, unique setting. The “welcome basket” was much appreciated. I used 95% of it! Wish I had had the time to take advantage of the nearby lake. This place met all my needs for this trip.

Cute Bungalow.

Janet was very nice. Cute little bungalow. Loved the welcome basket of goodies! Only negative thing I would have to say is that a bigger couch would have been nice. It was little small for my husband and I to sit together comfortably. Oh and our fur baby! 😊
