Nestled in the heart of Hill Country, this serene rural getaway offers plenty of seclusion without sacrificing easy access to the area’s attractions. Around 10 miles outside Kerrville and midway between Fredericksburg and Bandera, you’ll be within a quick drive of shopping, restaurants, state parks, natural areas, and an abundance of vineyards.

At home, start the day with sunrise and a cup of coffee on the front porch swing, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The large, eat-in kitchen offers lots of space for meal prep, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up favorite recipes. Grab a bite together at the kitchen table, then head out to explore.

When you come home, fire up the gas grill for a sunset cookout and dine alfresco on the back porch as the stars come out. Three streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi should keep everyone entertained before bed, but if you’d rather unplug entirely, there’s no better way to end the night than gathered around the firepit, roasting marshmallows. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
