Great place

This is a great place that is close to the Tacoma Dome area. The place is clean and has everything you need! The location was a bit sketchy, as far as the neighbors, but we are very pleased with our stay. Josie is awesome to work with!!

Multiple things to fix

A fine apartment overall, however there were several things that spoiled our stay: 1. There is no AC, which was not mentioned in the listing - first time in our lives staying in a place with no AC in a hot summer, with the temperature getting over 90 degrees. There are fans but them blowing hot air did not help 2. The apartment itself was very damp, and had insects that only live in damp conditions such as diplura. The mattress, pillows, and blankets were damp. 3. Apartment was not cleaned properly, the floors were dirty (such that our socks were immediately dirty after walking on it), dirty spots in the fridge and dirty ice trays, plus someone's hair on the bedsheets and towels. 4. The door lock was malfunctioning, one time it was a very late evening when it did, and we were not even sure if we were going to be able to get into the apt - luckily Josie responded to our call, but the solution was basically to shake and move the door more to find a sweet spot where the electronic lock would work.
