The space
Beautiful bright home with a rustic design, hard wood floors, and original Florida design. The unit has a large closet with plenty of storage for your luggage and clothes. It has a king-size bed, (we also offer the option of 2 single twin beds), a smart TV in the living room to enjoy your favorite shows, a nice long countertop to enjoy a beautiful morning breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The Kitchen
We offer a fully supplied kitchen to make a thanksgiving meal or just a meal for 2. Stainless steel sink, full-size refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, and a stove. We provide basics like salt and pepper as well as olive oil. You will have pots, pans, silverware, serving ware, plates, cups, mugs, and of course a coffee machine and a teapot for a morning cup of Joe or tea

The Bathroom:
You will have a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The restroom is adjacent to the stand-up shower room. You will be provided with towels, shampoo, soap, napkins, conditioner, and toothpaste for your stay.

Parking:
There is plenty of parking in front of the house free of charge

Laundry Room:
In the front covered porch, you will be provided with a large washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Guest access:
You will have access to the whole space

Other things to note:
You will be on a quiet and calm street, not a lot of traffic. Pets are welcome if the pet fee is paid, and they are well-behaved and trained. We ask for no smoking anywhere on the property to respect the health of others nearby and to prevent the smell from entering to the other units.
