This place is a collection of tiny cabins/motels all crammed together right on the Highway. We didn’t receive any check-in information, so I went to the “office” area, which was strangely locked. The front desk person would come over and let each individual in and then the lock the door behind them - always a good sign. The cabin itself was clean and nice enough- definitely a tiny house feel and pretty cramped for our family of 5. The worst part was the horrible smell when we opened the door. Like someone had been smoking in there and they used some heavy duty chemicals to try to clean the smell away, or like it had been fumigated or something. Everyone noticed it right away, even my husband who normally doesn’t notice stuff like that. I went to the front desk to ask if we could move to a different unit and the guys answer was that it doesn’t smell, he was in there earlier. Okay. We had to sleep with all the windows open to get the smell out, which meant we heard all the neighbors late into the night. Everyone woke up with sore throats and coughs from breathing the fumes all night. If you don’t want to get sick, don’t stay here. Bad service, crappy location.
