Welcome to the beautiful Bayside Condo #104 at Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa! This condo is conveniently located on the ground level which eliminates the elevator from your stay. Enjoy playing yard games (provided by condo owners) and take in the beautiful lake views while sitting on the deck around the fire pit table, grilling and sipping cocktails.
This condo is modern and has upscale finishes and decor for a 5-star luxury experience. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 queen air mattress it can sleep 8-10 people. 6 free waterpark passes per day are included during your stay.

Great getaway spot

We had a great time in Okoboji. Our host was excellent and the property was beautiful. Everything was as described and loved being on the first floor. We played yard games and enjoyed the view of the lake. We will be back next year!

Phenomenal

What a perfect experience! We needed a last minute accommodation after flooding hit our family’s home hard and we were all coming to Spirit Lake to be together. The accommodations were PERFECT! What a location and amazing for the kids - we are so grateful and thought everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!!

Great Stay

We will be back!

It was a beautiful and very clean condo! Easy access too! The view of the lake was very nice and we enjoyed the patio in the evenings, the fire pit in the center of the table was an extra bonus! It was very quiet, with two little ones we truly appreciated that! We hope to return! Thanks!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It is a lovely property, had great amenities and has beautiful views of the lake. It is just a short walk from the restaurants and the Bridges Bay waterpark. Janie was easy to work with and made sure to check-in with us after we had arrived to make sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this property to family & friends in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Janie had excellent communication and made the process so easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo has easy access to the water park and restaurants. We enjoyed the private pool close to the condo as well. Thanks for the great stay!
