Great Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for our family. Full kitchen, great pools, friendly staff, and great property manager. When booking I had a few questions and the host responded almost immediately and made the extra accommodations I was requesting. All the staff was very friendly from room services to the food and drinks at the bar. Great private location, and amazing views on the drive. We have Verizon and the service was horrible, but connected to wi-fi for calling. We went on the gondola ride and went to the zoo. Lots of great food options nearby.

Promising and a fun slide

The apartment was spacious but worn down. The beds were comfy. We did not cook or use the kitchen but it looked well appointed. The highlight is the pool. And if you want it the basketball court. And the fitness lounge and sauna. But the water slide and rock formation designed pool area is well done.

The 2BR/1 Bath condo has a King bed in the master BR, Queen bed or 2 double beds in the guest BR and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a balcony and full kitchen. They are memory foam sleeper sofas. Super Comfy.

The resort will also collect separately (at checkout) a $34/nt resort fee per reservation which includes parking, wifi and access to amenities during your stay.

The resort front desk staff have complete control over unit assignment, cleaning and maintenance.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Check in begins at 4 pm but if you arrive in town prior to that by all means, visit the front desk and say hi. If your villa is ready they will be happy to check you in early and give you the keys. If not, you can explore the area while they finish cleaning and preparing for your arrival. = : )

24 Hour front desk. If there is any danger of arriving near midnight or later definitely call the front desk. Their computers cancel people as no show at midnight unless front desk staff throws a flag in their system the day of arrival. Front desk is option 5 on their phone system when you call.

Check out is always 10 am. The front desk will usually allow a late checkout until noon before they start adding new charges and an additional nite. It is entirely up to them and how badly they need to get into your unit to clean up before the next incoming guest. Ask about your options for late check out when you arrive. = ; )
