Located in the hip East Nashville area, and only 3 miles to downtown, you'll be in proximity to a plethora of attractions. Boasting an open floorplan, large dining table, comfortable beds with opulent bedding, two full bathrooms, and a secluded yard that is perfect for your dogs (max of 2), complete with a grill and seating area. Welcome to The Music City Hideaway!

The Space:
The spacious living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a 65" smart TV, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features all modern appliances; a stainless-steel refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a flat-top stove, and an over-the-range microwave, providing all the comforts of home. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat your group. Each bedroom offers the most comfortable beds imaginable; you’ll be so cozy you won't want to leave! There are two master bedrooms, both with king-sized platform beds, third bedroom featuring two full-sized beds along with a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. In addition, a full-size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience, as well as complimentary coffee to start your day. Every detail has been thought of to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible!

The Neighborhood:
You'll be near everything, including downtown Nashville, which is less than a 10-minute drive. This neighborhood features a charming blend of well-maintained older and newly developed homes, with lots of new homes currently in progress. With an array of restaurants to choose from, you could try a new spot every day and still have more to explore on your next visit to Nashville!

Other Things to Note:
- Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
- We can accommodate up to 8 (eight) guests, but you will have to sleep two to a bed in the king and full beds to accommodate that number.
- We are dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs per visit. We do require a $25.00 nightly pet fee per pet and this must be paid before check-in. We do not accept cats or farm animals.
- Be respectful of the neighbors. City ordinance has listed quiet hours as 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM, although we ask that you be aware of your noise level at all hours.
- No Smoking. Smoking on the property is not allowed and is strictly enforced. You will be fined $250.00 for smoking if there is evidence of smoking on the property.

You will receive check-in instructions and access code on the day of arrival.
